Regional Sales Manager - Manufacturers Capital

Position Description

Manufacturers Capital, a division of Commercial Credit Group Inc., is searching for seasoned machine tool and/or manufacturing equipment sales professionals who are ready to use their equipment experience and knowledge to help manufacturers obtain financing to fund equipment purchases and business operations. We are currently searching for representatives in the Central and in the Midwest Regions. The position is home-office based and offers salary plus commission.

Required Experience

  • At least five (5) years of proven sales experience in machine tool sales or manufacturing equipment distribution


  • Equipment leasing and finance industry experience in machine tools, manufacturing equipment or other industrial equipment industries


  • Prospecting and cold calling on manufacturers (end users), dealers and builders
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing accounts – end users, dealers, builders
  • Prescreen and structuring transactions
  • Compile credit packages
  • Work directly with end user customers to complete transactions

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain new business
  • Knowledge of CRM programs
  • Direct origination/sales experience with end users and vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel (valid drivers’ license is mandatory)
