Dale Delmege joined Commercial Credit Group in 2013 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2025. Prior to this role, he served as Regional Vice President – Western Division for Transportation. Dale began his career in industrial and commercial equipment in 1995 as a high-performance salesperson for two industry leaders, Fairbanks Scales and Meritor. He transitioned into equipment financing in 2008 with Paccar Financial Corporation, serving as National Account Manager for Peterbilt. Dale also owned and operated The Diego Group, a financial sales firm specializing in portfolio growth strategies for lending institutions. Dale earned his undergraduate degree from California State University, Long Beach, and completed his MBA at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business.
