Introduction: Welcome to Commercial Credit Group Inc.'s ("CCG") Truck of the Month submission platform. By submitting your trucking equipment photos, videos, and information ("Data") to CCG, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Agreement: By submitting Data to CCG, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Grant of License: You hereby grant CCG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish the Data for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and promotional materials.
2. Ownership and Certification: You certify that you are the owner of the equipment depicted in the Data and have all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to submit the Data to CCG. You further certify that the Data accurately represents your equipment.
3. Release of Liability and Indemnification: You agree that CCG shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use, publication, or distribution of the Data, including but not limited to any claims of infringement of intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or publicity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CCG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of this agreement or any third-party claims related to the Data.
